Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, including but not limited to choosing the wrong plant, changing your preference, or no longer wanting the item after purchase.
Live Plant Disclaimer
Plants are natural, living products. Each plant is unique and may vary slightly in size, colour, shape, leaf pattern, variegation, or overall appearance from the photos shown on our website.
For seed-grown plants, hybrids, cuttings, and rare plants, future growth, leaf shape, colour, vein pattern, and traits may change depending on genetics, maturity, and growing conditions. We cannot guarantee that future leaves will look exactly the same as the current photos.
Damaged or Unwell Plants on Arrival
If your plant arrives damaged or in poor condition, please contact us within 24Â hours of receiving your order.
Please email us with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the plant
- Photos of the packaging
- A brief description of the issue
Claims made after 24 hours may not be accepted, as plant condition can change quickly after delivery.
Delivery Responsibility
We take great care when packing plants for shipping. However, we are not responsible for damage, stress, delays, or deterioration caused by:
- Incorrect delivery details provided by the customer
- Missed delivery attempts
- Parcels left uncollected at a post office or collection point
- Delays caused by courier services
- Plants being left in extreme heat, cold, or unsafe locations after delivery
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the delivery address is correct and that the parcel is received or collected promptly.
Returns
To be eligible for a return, proof of purchase is required. Any return request must first be approved by us before the item is sent back.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue was caused by our error. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee responsibility for returned items lost during transit.
