Thank you for shopping with RainAroids. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 2 business days after payment is received. During busy periods, new releases, sales, or extreme weather conditions, processing times may be slightly longer.

We carefully inspect and pack each plant to ensure it arrives in the best possible condition.

Shipping Days

To reduce the risk of plants being delayed in transit over weekends or public holidays, orders are generally shipped from Monday to Wednesday only.

Orders placed later in the week may be held and shipped the following week.

Shipping Within Australia

We currently ship within Australia only.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Live Plant Shipping Disclaimer

While we do our best to package plants securely, shipping live plants always carries some level of risk. Minor cosmetic damage, temporary stress, yellowing, or leaf imperfections during transit may occur and are considered normal shipping stress.

Plant condition can also be affected by weather, courier delays, and handling during transport.

Delivery Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address and ensuring someone is available to receive the parcel if required.

We are not responsible for issues caused by:

  • Incorrect shipping details
  • Missed deliveries
  • Parcels left uncollected
  • Courier delays
  • Extreme weather conditions during transit
  • Packages left outside after delivery

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the courier, responsibility transfers to the customer.

Heat Packs & Weather Protection

Additional insulation or heat packs may be used when necessary depending on weather conditions. However, we cannot guarantee plants will arrive without stress due to extreme temperatures or unexpected transit delays.

Tracking Information

Tracking details will be sent once your order has been dispatched. Please allow some time for tracking updates to appear in the courier system.
